Service Loan Car Policy
Lewisville Volkswagen has the largest fleet of service loan cars in Texas. Our policy far exceeds Volkswagen’s requirements and recommendations. Lewisville Volkswagen will provide a Service Loan Car for the following (subject to availability)*:
1. Vehicle is inoperable or unsafe to drive.
2. Maintenance or repairs require more than 24 hours to complete
3. If a warranty repair cannot be completed on the same day because a part needed is not in Dealer inventory
Lewisville Volkswagen will not provide Service Loan Cars for oil changes or repairs that can be completed in less than 24 hours.
Lewisville Volkswagen provides a Shuttle Service that picks up and delivers customers within a 15 mile radius. We also have rental cars available at a discounted rate through Enterprise or Budget Rental Cars.
*Must be over 18 years old; have a Valid Driver’s License and current Full Coverage Insurance. Gas must be replaced prior to returning the vehicle. Loan car must be returned within 24 hours of repair completion. Lewisville Volkswagen reserves the right to refuse the use of loan cars to customers that do not abide by these policies.
